Terms of Service

Terms of Service (TOS) By purchasing an account from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. NFA Accounts All accounts sold are NFA (Non-Full Access). By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are not receiving full or permanent control of the account.
2. Account Access & Recovery Due to the nature of NFA accounts, there is a possibility that access to an account may be lost or the account may be recovered/taken back at any time. This is outside of our control, and we cannot be held responsible for accounts lost after the applicable warranty has ended.
3. 120-Minute Warranty All purchases include a 2-hour (120-minute) warranty, beginning from the time the account is delivered. Any problem must be reported to us within this period to be considered for a replacement or refund.
4. Warranty Ends Upon Login Once you successfully sign into the purchased account, the warranty immediately becomes void, even if the 120-minute period has not yet expired.
5. Refund Policy All sales are considered final. We do not provide refunds unless the issue was caused by an error on our end and we determine that a refund is appropriate.
6. Refund Method Where a refund is approved, it will be provided exclusively as customer/store balance (credit). Refunds will not be returned to the original payment method unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
7. Acceptance of Terms By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand the risks associated with purchasing an NFA account and agree to these Terms of Service.
